The exclusive venue for any action or dispute arising out of these Terms of Use or their violation will be the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington. If we fail to enforce any of these Terms of Use, such failure will not be considered a waiver. Any amendment to these Terms of Use must be in a writing signed by us. These Terms of Use do not confer any rights on any third party.
