Approximately 100 measures are organized using the County Health Rankings population health framework. These include census sociodemographic data, results from national health surveys, and a variety of other data showing social, environmental, and health factors and outcomes. Key features include the ability to drill down to explore specific community needs, filtered to geographic areas of interest, and identify neighborhood-level disparities. Interactive elements are built into each section of the platform and users will be able to save visualizations as images or PDF files. Tabular data can also be downloaded as Excel spreadsheets.
